Alright, for the past 2.5 years this problem has been taunting me. What happens is I go on Xbox live and can play any game for around 15-20 minutes without ANY lag and then all of a sudden out of the blue I get the notification "Disconnected from Xbox Live". Right after I get this notification I can connect right back up to Xbox live with no problems, but wthin 15-20 minutes...the same thing happens. This can be extremely frustrating when playing with friends because they usually don't want to quit the game to get me back in the party. Let me give you some background information. I connect to xbox live from an ethernet cable coming directly from a "Dlink Router". The router is obviously connected to the modem that gets a half of a T1 line. All the internet for the other computers is fine and never disconnects. Here are some solutions I have tried. I have tried changing the ethernet cable that plugs into the xbox. I have tried moving the xbox to another room using a different IP address. I have tryed different Xbox's that are owned by my friends. I have tryed different routers. i have tried connecting the Xbox DIRECTLY to the modem. I have tried wireless connection. Nothing works. My service provider says our connection is fine and that it gets constant flow to my house always. Anybody have any ideas? Please post anything that could help or just any ideas that could get this fixed. Thank you so much in advance!! *Edit* I have tried bridging it from my laptop, and I have ...
